I'm not convinced I need the full 24l for my use case.

It's fine but not the most aesthetic to wear when fully packed imo

due to size, it feels a little blocky (see above) and bulky on my back.

the form factor is a little too 'square' - I wish it was slightly shorter (like the fit pack 3) to fit my back better.

plenty of space for all my gear - laptop, charger, notebook, tablet, tech accessories, water bottle, hoodie or jacket + snacks.

water bottle holder stretches to fit (barely) my 30oz hydroflask (3.25' diameter).

organization is good, I love the small side pocket for keys and such.

separate laptop compartment is very padded and fits my 15' MSI gaming laptop no problem.

fully waterproof gives peace of mind (due to xpac material).

xpac material is really nice and reduces the weight (this is one of aers lightest bags, despite being larger).

back is well ventilated, I don't get too sweaty with it.

aer straps and harness are very comfortable and padded.

When I travel I also bring a smaller tablet and larger bluetooth headphones (around ear). My loadout includes: 15' MSI gaming laptop + beefy charger, tech charger accessories, small notebook, few pens, 2x cell phones (work & personal), 30oz Hydroflask water bottle, light hoodie or jacket, snacks and small items like car keys.
